Limiting PvP

Hi devs, my suggestion to deal (and to limit) PvP would be to introduce a little background history, e. g., we could consider (like Walking Dead) that everyone is infected (by a virus ?). So, you are fighting against inner wills to kill humans. If you kill, e. g., 10 humans in a week, your character loses control and end up eating it. That would speed up the infection process, you die and become a full zombie. Then, rather than a process of losing sanity, hearing voices or try to trace who killed who ... we just need an indicator (bar ?) of human deaths in a period of time.
