Hi Hasan64,

The regular crashing from around Day 60 onwards is an issue known by the team. Some Players expirence sooner, some much later. It appears to be at least somewhat tied to the amount of changes made in the world - large amount of building or removal of areas and how much of the map is uncovered. You will likely find that it crashes around the 1 hour mark or so. You can often tell that a crash is coming by some indicators in the world. These indicators are a trickle down effect from the source of the crash, you may find your Menus are not displaying correctly, or "flickering", and other players have also reported that the weather changing suddenly / extreme conditions and animals not spawning before the crash occurs.

While I understand it is not ideal, players have found that by logging out when it is coming close to the 1 hour mark, or as soon as you see an indicator and hard resetting the console or clearing the cache by shutting down and unplugging for 5 mins before rebooting, resetting the crash timer as it were. Clearing the cache before starting to play is also suggested.

The area resets are known as MD5 errors - while there are multiple triggers for the MD5 error, a large number of which have already been fixed by the team in previous patches, the current most common one is the one caused by the crashes you are seeing. The team are working to eliminate this MD5 trigger, but in the mean time there is a player found workaround that may help you should you experience a crash. It should be noted this workaround is time sensitive as the XB1 cloud updates quickly and as it is an unofficial workaround that involves deleting and re-syncing data, caution is advised - https://7daystodie.com/forums/showthread.php?69218-Possible-work-around-and-or-solution-to-md5-crashes(base-wipes-resets)

Players have said they have noticed MD5s being centered around crafting stations like camp fires and workbenches, especially if they are close together and turned on. Have you found the same? Some players have found that spreading stations and storage out at least helps them avoid losing a lot of the crash occurs and they do not do the workaround in time.

I hope that information helps, again, I know these workarounds are ideal and the crashes and errors are frustrating for players, but hopefully it will help you avoid future loses until patches and fixes are released.

If you have any further questions, I will do my best to answer them.

Clare
