are you familiar with adding recipes to the game? if not familiar, just copy this and paste it to the bottom of your recipe.xml found in your install directory... ( 7 days to die/data/config/recipes.xml ) ... right click and open with notepad... scroll to the very bottom until you see *** make sure and locate the right line... not just recipe... look for the "s"...*** copy and past the code below just before ... save and exit... play the game and enjoy the new way of making medicated bandages... if you are interested in learning to mod or make your own recipes .. check out http://7daystodie.com/forums/showthread.php?7910-BloodSlinger-s-Advanced-Recipe-Editor

This has been suggested before, and I agreed then and agree now too. Easy to add and more logical than using cloth for the recipe. While you can add this to your own game easily, you cannot add it to the servers you are playing on, unless you get the admins to do that, which might not be possible.
Right now its cloth + aloe, which is fine but I'd also like the above to work. Sometimes you get bandage drops or make a lot and then find a desert.
Yes, it'd be much more logical if the process was Cloth -> Bandage + Aloe Cream -> Healer Bandage. Or if both paths were possible. As it is I just throw non-Healer Bandages away whenever I find them, exept early game I might keep one or two. Sometimes.
