Ravenhearst Mod

With frequent update many servers failed to keep up which resulting in joining an outdated server.

 

My question is.. when a client use the latest files and join the server that does not, which version the client will be playing(the local or server) or it will just conflict resulting in console errors eventually?

XML changes will push from the server, whereas DLL changes would not, so it depends on what he's updating.

Are lockpicks intended to be single use? Odd that they have a quality rating if they all go poof after using.

Is there anyway to download Just the XML without having to download the 1.2gb file my internet has a cap and is slow.

Patch: 2.11.02 No Wipe Needed Required File Updates - XML

 

-Removed tool tips and Journal entries which caused storage to be inaccessible. Tested and it now works fine please make sure to update to Patch 2.11.02

 

You apparently can NOT add Journal Entries to Items without wiping. This caused storages to be inaccessible. It has now been removed and all storages will now be fine. Just update to the latest patch. We are at content lock now for 2.0. There will be no more patches until 3.0. Any fixes or additions will be done then.

Yes they have to have a quality in order to degrade unfortunately.

I humbly apologize for the last 24 hours of nonsense. We tried adding things that needed wipes. We will not be doing anymore addition so 2.11.02 will be the last patch until 3.0. Everything has been tested and is working in this last patch. 3.0 will release sometime after New Year, no projected date and it will most likely require a wipe. But finalizing 3.0 will happen after New Year then it is on to testing so there is a lot of time before we even get to that. Please keep reporting bugs and feedback as we will include them in our future update.

 

And thank you to everyone for the patience and understanding. We appreciate and love every single person who gave us a chance. We are new to this, only been going at this mod 4 months so I think we did a pretty ok job considering time restraints. We plan to do MUCH better in 3.0.

Lost quests and skills

 

I lost almost all of my learned skills (including my classes) and all of my quests (active and completed). The game failed to load a few times after patching. It eventually loaded and I picked up my bs station and placed it again. After that as I was playing I noticed my skills were gimped...

Jax, are all the GitHub repos fully up to date now for 2.11.02? I noticed the patch notes didn't seem to be updated in the 21DayVersion repo. I want to refresh my local copy of 21DayVersion and make a patch for my server and players.

Can someone help me out please. I can't figure out how to get rock. It says I need cement to make rock but I need rock to make cement. Thanks.

You need small rocks to make cement in forge...you need the cement to make stone if I am thinking correctly on what you are trying to make

cement blocks, but from what I see I need stone not small rocks to make cement and I need small stone, cement and crushed sand to make stone.

cement blocks, but from what I see I need stone not small rocks to make cement and I need small stone, cement and crushed sand to make stone.

 

yes, that's how it is in vanilla, too.

 

smelt small stone into forge

make cement from forge

 

concrete mixer

cement, small stones and sand

it takes the small stones from your inventory (the stuff you get when you mine).

 

if making stone (place-able block) takes same material as mix.

 

if concrete mix, once in your inventory you can craft wet cement blocks,

or if you have rebar repair the rebar with concrete mix in your inventory

Yeah, I love the mod, I like that it's more difficult, but this is kind of ridiculous. What's anyone going to do with a knife like that?

Recipes Missing

 

Not sure if I am in the right place to ask questions. I have installed the launder and attempted to install Ravenhearst a few times and I know for sure the stick recipe is missing from my game. I verified my 7d2d original game was up to date. I tried both the 7 day horde and 21 day horde version. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Sorry if this isn't posted in the correct place.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ravenhearst has descended upon us! Ravenhearst is an SDX mod that adds over 200 new items, stations, weapons, decorative pieces and more to give you an experience like never before. Military presence in the Wastelands, Awful creatures that come out to play at night and an overhauled Progression system that rewards players of all types while increasing the distance it takes to get to the end game are some of the things awaiting your play through.

 

 

Keep in Mind this is a mod that is very much a work in progress. There will be frequent updates and game save wipes when necessary. We can NOT offer help or support to older version of the Mod. Please stay Current if Possible.

 

We felt this was stable enough to release to all of you to enjoy. With that in mind I welcome any and all feedback and suggestions for how to make this mod better. Our aim is to be a bit more hardcore than the normal mod when it comes to progression and advancing.

 

Also bear in mind that there are SDX models in this game and as such loading times may be a bit slower than usual. Patience will be the key here. If you do experience in game lag turning down zombies can help with this.

 

I want to give credit and thanks to those who have influenced me in ways I can not express. Pacco, Valmar, Dwallorde, sphereii, Guppycur, drkstardragon, Spider, Xyth, Skippy, Xtrakicking, StompyNZ, Smegz0r and so many others who without your help and guidance I couldnt have made this mod possible.

Some of the items in the mod are a placeholder of sorts. You will notice some familiar icons, and these will be changed as time goes on to our own set of unique icons. We hope you enjoy playing this mod. This was literally 2 years in the making.

You can use the Mod Launcher to download the dedi version. It'll do incremental updates; the files you want will be under the TempMods folder.
