HerrKingsley
I asked the devs if they needed any more feedback about this issue and got this message back: "We know there is a problem, not everyone notices but no new info is needed should be back to normal soon" Yay!! Thanks Roland!
Kiin Kendov
I have this mouse issue too, in the inventory and crafting menus.. But so far I haven't found any streamer on youtube that have this issue.. Why doesn't this happen to all PC:s?
Zeeterman
I know this is an old thread, but I've been looking around and haven't seen any news on if this was ever going to be fixed or if there was some sort of fix out there that I've missed. The mouse lag affects my PC but not my wife's. About the only difference in our systems is that she has an Nvida card and mine has a Radeon. A half-second mouse lag is an aggravating handicap on my game-play.
Gipothegip
I used to have this issue during A 16 experimental, but I thought they had fixed it. Out of curiosity, what mice are you and your wife using? Are they same as well? I think that may be a factor, as well as drivers.
Zeeterman
We both have a Logitech wireless mouse. I could tell you the exact models, but I'm currently at work. I could try seeing if I have any drivers out of date later but I think every thing should be current. I had kind of actually gotten used to it until my wife sat down at my game the other day and asked why my mouse was so terrible. I tried hers and the difference in movement quality made it all pretty apparent again.
Beelzybub
Try a wired mouse as a quick experiment. Wireless mice can sometimes be laggy on their own.
Sakurambo
in the launcher try to check the box "use native input module"
Zeeterman
I tried checking the native input, still no good. A new video card driver came out on 2/7/18. Installed that..that seemed to actually make it worse. lol.. Don't even think I own a wired mouse anymore, I'll have to scour the junk-parts bins in my house. I'll keep tinkering I suppose. Bubo
Sorry to hear Zeeterman, I know how frustrating that could be. Try disabling controller support in the options (if you haven't already) with a wired mouse connected and see if that helps.
Cadamier
After reading most of this I'm thinking that could explain why I seem to get mouse acceleration issues. I mean I've set it and then for no apparent reason it will mostly get slower which forces me to speed it up again and again and again.
