I apologize if it is poorly understood, I am not a native speaker, so I wrote this message through Yandex Translator.
     I had such a story. I started playing the game 7 Days To Die and there were no problems, so I played 80 hours in single player mode, and never tried to run multiplayer mode. But on November 13, I turned off the game and went about my business, when I came back I wanted to start the game, but the game just started to close and gave Unity an error first, and then it started mentioning the Epic Online service, although I didn't even touch it online. I tried reinstalling the game, deleted all the save files and reinstalled the game, but nothing helped. The game was purchased on Steam.
     As for the circled in red, I don't have such an arrangement of files, but there is how I have it highlighted, which file from this needs to be thrown off, otherwise I can't figure it out.

If you don't have an online connection, then play offline.
