PS4 Multiplayer Connection Error

Hi, I did everything as written in the guide, made a static IP for ps5 and opened the necessary ports on the router, but the result is still the same when connecting to a friend or when a friend connects to me, we have the same error Connection to PlayStation Network lost. Check your network connection and try again. but from the very beginning we are able to connect to the worlds of other players through the search in the game .In other games all works perfectly. Anybody knows how to fix this issue?
