CAN someone make a MOD that the screamer spawning IS NORMAL like in a18/a19/a20? > in 1min 15 screamer is not normal

when i make a quest EVERY 3sek a new screamer..thats impossible and ultgra frustarting it woud be a nice idea? or has someone a solution?
