Jugginator
I have added this solution to the stickied common solutions/faq page, for future record Open the game launcher either from Steam or by the 7dlauncher in the main game folder Go to the Tools tab Click Open Settings Delete that folder that it brings you to in the registry. Look in the bottom left, you'll see one called 7 Days to Die, delete that one. Go back into the launcher and select Clean Game Data, check all the things (note this will wipe all your save games/worlds in %appdata%/7daystodie (you can click Open Save Games too to get here if you wish to back them up do so before), clean it. Go back into Steam and verify your file integrity two times in a row, you should be good to go now.
