Gun system revamp

I would really like to see a return to the older style of gun crafting, in that I think it'd be cool to actually be able to take apart guns and swap parts of varying quality again, as opposed to the newer system which just uses a blanket "[weapon type] parts" item for each category of weapon.

It was cool finally finding the book to unlock modification of a specific gun, then slowly swapping parts for that gun as you found more to slowly raise the quality level.

I also think it'd make the gun mod system a lot more interesting, since instead of just slapping a full auto mod on the tactical rifle, you would actually be able to swap the receiver, then combine it with specific parts for that rifle (IE: a heavy barrel) to improve the weapon's durability at a potential cost to accuracy, all while using the old receiver with different parts that improve precision to make a makeshift DMR.

Would also be a way to incentivize the player to actually go after later game guns like the tactical assault rifle with more than just a generic stat upgrade, in that using said rifle would open the door to far more modularity.

The most interesting part is that we already technically had a system like this, or at least the start of it, with the ability to use the same parts/receiver for both the full length and sawed off shotguns, only needing to swap between the barrel and stock to change what sort of shotgun it was.

I'm not so much saying we need to completely revert to the old system, more so that it'd be nice to see an evolution of that system as opposed to seeing it completely thrown out for a far more simplified and less interesting generic craft solution.

I definitely miss swapping out parts for higher tier guns. I think that aspect is really fun. Brings it closer to Fallout4 style weapon crafting. Would love to see more modd added over time like barrel length and grip/stock mods
