Question on "Building Environment"

I can't get 7DTD to go past "Building Environment". What have I done, well uninstalled and reinstalled game. Used tools to clean up data, did this before I reinstalled,,used it after I reinstalled. Making a map works just fine, made a small 4x4 map with few towns ect ect. Game starts up does everything tell it comes to Building Environment, and there it sits. 

I have just over 900 hours in game, so much more to learn and do, and with A21 I was looking forward to it.

Anyone have an idea on what the problem is?

 

I use McAfee for virus which is supplied with Shaw cable server. Computer has run the game on highest settings, have tried to run it with EAC,,,without EAC. I turned off McAfee  firewall, turned it on,,samething. Have it set to run as admin,,on,,off.  I have installed and reinstalled several times,,even tried to log into a server online,,same gets to "Building Environment" and sits there. Have left it sitting on that for over an hour never moved.

 

So if anyone happens to know how I can get this game back running please tell me.

Understand I am not great at computers,,I push a button it starts,,I hope,,

If you are talking about the report a bug above, it says I am not allowed to view it.

1. IF you are using ad blockers, then please have them exclude our forum (we do not have any ads here)... this can cause issues here.

2. check in another browser to see if you can access the links.

3. if all fails... send private message to a moderator for help.

The logs I’m taking about are the output logs which document step by step what is going on from the time you start the game until you exit. If your game is hanging up at some point, the problem is most likely recorded in those logs. If you didn’t do a custom install then the logs are located in: 😄 Users/ your name/AppData/Roaming/7DaysToDie/logs. In this pinned topic, there are instructions on how to use pastebin.com to post a copy of your log to this forum: 

 

Basically you open the log, copy the contents, go to pastebin.com and paste the contents and it will generate a link that you can then paste here.
