Regular loot containers appearing add quest containers

I've seen this numerous times in games with others... I will see a fetch satchel and find out from others that it isn't really that, but a cardboard box or trash.  I can open it and I see normal loot, which certainly says it isn't the fetch satchel.

 

I'm not sure if this is caused by imposters or if the zombie bugs have gotten into the game.  You do know that cockroaches are zombie bugs, right?  That's why they can't die. 😁

 

Anyhow, if there are any suggestions to stop this from happening, is appreciate it.  I don't *think* this happens with other containers, but I am not positive.  Other types all have similar kinds of loot, so don't stand out.
