7daysOfFun Posted December 16, 2022 Share Posted December 16, 2022 its possible to change to RADIATION VIEW to the NIGHT VISION view? i wanna use RealRad Mod? nobody in the game from use use nightvision, so i came on the idea when i would use the RealRad Mod (very cool mod) but the radiation "fizzling in the vision" is so bad quality, this rounds grains make me nervous/its disturbing my idea.. can i change the nightvision > to radiation vision? its possible to dimm or make it fading to low to extreme? pic1 orginal radiation pic2 original nightvision pic 3.my idea nightvision goes (at high level)more blur and more light higher what do you think? 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Telric Posted December 17, 2022 Share Posted December 17, 2022 Both the radiation and night vision are just screen overlays, which have a couple parameters for intensity and what not. You could play around with them. <triggered_effect trigger="onSelfItemActivate" action="ModifyScreenEffect" effect_name="NightVision" intensity="1" fade="0"/> That's from the nightvision googles item. <triggered_effect trigger="onSelfBuffStart" action="ModifyScreenEffect" effect_name="Radiation" intensity=".6" fade="2"/> That's from the radiation03 buff. If you're wanting to actually change which is which (having trouble understanding what the goal of the mod would be), you can just change the effect_name.
