Structural integrity and repairs

Did the bug from a few months ago get fixed?

 

Just wondering if I screwed up or if it reared its ugly head.  I was building with frames and upgrading to wood on supports and then my floor collapsed when I removed a frame from the center of floor, as I was going to put a ladder and hatch,  but Could not remember if I had upgraded the pillars on that floor.

 

Anyways, probably me, but just wondering.
