I assume this relates to the Oakraven Forest Collection, unless there is another Hydroponic Mod being shared out there. I was unable to duplicate your issue. Unlocking Skill 2 Crafting Hydroponic Workbench Crafting area. This was only the Hydroponic Mod in Navezgane. I wonder if there is another mod/overhaul conflicting.
