Switch View Change Request

Can we get Switch View (F5) removed from the Debug Menu and set as it's own option? Currently when pressing F5, unless you have Debug Menu enabled for said user, they cannot switch their camera between 1st and 3rd person. I have a few people that play on my server who have terrible motion sickness when playing in First Person but don't want them to have the ability to access the Debug Menu. I've seen a few others post about this as well, not just on these forums, but on steam and other sites too. Having access to the Debug Menu can effectively remove a huge difficulty gap from the game if you know what you are doing.

Also with the removal of "switchview" command from Console, I can't add the permission to 1000, effectively allowing everyone to switch whenever they wanted.
