i recently changed my wifi and a play all the time in this german server but when i changed it i couldn’t play it says information wont retrieve something like that but in different wifi it works normally im playing  on pc xbox app when i play on steam server works normally hope i can help i really love this game and the server also ( is there anyway i can link xbox  app to steam so i get my progress in steam instead of xbox app )

I'm just guessing but maybe your alternate wifi has security/filtering/firewall running that is blocking the game.

Also, wifi is half-duplex so is not recommended for gaming on servers.
