Just completed a new POI and have uploaded it to Nexus.

This is another in my series of Mid-Century Modern homes.  Dubbed the "Michael Felps Mansion," this home includes a glass-bottomed lap pool, a unique enclosed atrium, and a special room for those "special" plants...... 😉  

Set as a Tier-4, Fetch/Clear POI, this modern home will be a bit of a challenge with some interesting twists.
