SARSteam Posted May 9, 2018 Share Posted May 9, 2018 Same problem: Mod launcher not installing any mods Mod launcher updated today 9/5/2018 and I added Undead legacy that I wanted to start playing. On launching the game it never opened 7 days but just keep updating the mod (refreshing) then stops dead after refreshing process. friends on Discord mentioned that I must uninstall & reinstall and all problems will be solved. Did reinstall 4 times and Launcher is now at a point that it does not want to install any mods at all. So empty mod launcher and both me and the launcher has now stopped working. If the mod list isn't being populated, you could try clicking on Disable SSL, then re-starting the mod launcher. If that does not work, click on File -> Clear -> Clear Mod History. If those options don't work, would you mind posting your log file? The log file can be found by clicking on the View menu, then Log files. Win 8, I had to reset the PC some months back and it reset to Win 8. It used to be 10 but it won't let me update beyond 8 now. Guess something happend to the PC. It sounds like your OneClick Cache is corrupted. https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/2713442/clickonce-application-fails-to-update To delete the ClickOnce file cache delete the contents of this folder based on the operating system. Windows XP and Server 2003 - %userprofile%\Local Settings\Apps\2.0\*.* Windows Vista and Server 2008 and later - %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\*.* Deleting these files will clear the information for all installed ClickOnce applications. I think OneClick has something to do with it, but clearing the cache did not fix the problem.. any idea what's next? Can you open up your Run command ( Windows Key + R ) and paste this in: %tmp%/7d2dlauncher.txt that will open up the launcher's log file.
