Loss of items on game freeze and crash.

I posted this in the bugs thread as well as here.  The game will freeze at random on my computer.  I've reduced the settings in custom to being as low as they can get, and it still freezes up on memory. 

 

When it freezes, it will occasionally "lose" the vehicle you were on.  It will sometimes randomly jump you on the map to reappear on it, other times it will be at the last building you exited.  Recently, it has taken to deleting all items that were in the vehicle when the game froze up.  In this case, it lost all of the items and tokens that were in the inventory of the vehicle and basically appears to have just deleted them. 

 

Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.
