Unable to join any server or start a new game

hi.

i am unable to join any server,  i get a server time out error after about 5 secs


and unable to launch a new single player game.
when i try to start a new game i get red error codes

 

Exception: Accessing GetSaveGameLocalDir while GameGuidClient is notyet set

is the error i get when trying to start a new game

i have verified games file, uninstalled and reinstall 7dtd yet this keeps happening.
