(help) looking for a main menu ui

Recommended Posts

i just started to play 7 days again and i don't feel like spending hours to modify my .xml files to change the rate of item drop and loot.

is there a mod or just a data file that exist somewhere that i can use to make the harvest x10 or x50 even, with better loot drop .

ALSO is there a mod that change the main menu ui and allow you to modify these option in the creation of game menu?

If i use a mod to change these, does the people need the mod as well or just the host?

yeah sorry i have a lot of question..

thanks for your help.

There are surely mods to increase harvest amount. They are listed in the Mods section of the forum.

Mods that just change harvest and loot will likely only be needed on the server. Mods that change UI definitely will be needed on the client as well, but I'm not sure there are mods at all that add options to the game creation interface.

Maybe....is this what you’re sort of looking for?

It’s not harvest, but “more loot drop”

”claymores modlets” has a “more options” mod that lets you put the loot multiplier to like 1000% on the game start menu.  It’s not adding more options, just increasing the numbers the existing options can go to.  I have not tested his mods with the latest versions of the game.

I have manually changed options for my single player game. For instance the airdrop. It has option of "0, 24, 72, 168" hours. So I like to have 2 days. Inbetween 24 and 72 I add 48 so it would be

<gameoption name="AirDropFrequency" title="goAirDropFrequency" value_wrap="false" value_type="int" values="0, 24, 48, 72, 168" display_names="goDisabled" value_localization_prefix="goAirDropValue" />

Most of the game options can be changed in the file. The file being windows.xml in the 7 Days To Die/Data/Config/XUi_Menu folder...change at own risk :)
