None of us can go to where your computer is located at and perch over your shoulder to fix the issue.  Like Liesel mentioned above, more information is necessary if you want assistance.

Ok, so I'm 65 yrs old and so working on this but I am not a computer guru. Found the files and went to Pastebin. Now I have to learn Pastebin? Pastebin says my file is too big, upgrade to Pro? I don't think so.        How much of the log do you need?  Again, patience with old gamers is required.

Try cleaning your savegame folder.

Start the game from your library like normal but when you are given the two options to either play or show the game launcher, choose show the game launcher.

In the game launcher there is a small tab that says tools. Select that.

In the tools window choose to clean your data and check every box. Then select to clean.

Now try starting a new game using Navezgane as your map but make sure to name it something different than you have used in the past. Do not use the default "New Game".  If that works then try starting a new game using one of the PREGEN maps or create your own.

As for pastebin, it should be able to handle an output log file-- especially one in which you had errors that prevented you from even loading the game properly. Is it an output log you are trying to paste or your save game file?

Online plays just fine when I go to someone else's server.

BTW, I have uninstalled and re installed. Verified files etc

Check if you have a Mods folder in your game directory, and delete it if it's there. Unfortunately, uninstalling and verifiing files does not currently check for this.

Old gamers are great (I am not there yet but on my way - 45 years old).   You are also better than my parents (they are in their 70s) as they only play games like those on Facebook and such  👍

The files should be located on your Hard Drive, typically at (for Steam installations) >Program Files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > 7 Days to Die > 7DaysToDie_Data. <- This is based on my installation of Steam on a Windows 10 operating system

Like Roland stated, the files are not typically large (my output logs range from 39 to 329 KB) and they are text documents.  The name of the file should be something like (this is an example on my computer):

Yes I found the file but don't know how to use Pastebin I guess. when I paste the file into pastebin it says it is too large and need to go PRO for no limits.

this is the file:  output_log__2021-02-11__08-00-02.txt

Maybe this can help you

"If the log content is too big to be pasted on pastebin.com, try https://justpaste.it/ or attach the log file to the thread."

Adding a voice (50-something whippersnapper!) to the cacophany - is that log just from a) start the game b) try to start a new game (fail) c) close the game? The game creates a new log file every time it is started, so if you start it up, play 2 hours on a friend's server, then try to start a new local game (to get log info for your bug) you will have that 2 hours of logging mixed in.

I would think (?) that if you closed everything down and then just did a, b, c above the log ought to be quite small. Maybe it is dumping a huge stack of errors though?

Try removing the mods and then restart the game.  Also based on the descriptions in your log file, some of them look like alpha 18 mods which might not work well with alpha 19.

For example, you have an alpha 18 mod for the hud.  The hud changed for alpha 19, including 2 additional slots in your toolbelt.  If I was a betting man, I think these mods are causing your problems.

Yeah I saw some missing mod files, something to do with a gun mod and missing fonts, really sounds like a mod issue. Like others before me, remove all mods then see if the game works. To figure out which mod is the problem, add them one at a time and play a game each time. Eventually you will find the mod that's the problem.

Pretty annoying that the OP never mentioned installed mods from the outset-- not to mention having A18 version mods installed into an A19 version game. "65-year old gamer" is not really an excuse to not know that you can't stick a CD into a VHS player hoping that the two versions can somehow work.... or maybe I should say that you can't put an cassette tape on a record turntable and hope to make any music.... 😜

Before you went through all the trouble of trying to paste your output log and a screenshot did you even try Beelzybub's suggestion of deleting your Mods folder? Turns out he had your solution several posts back.
