A19 connection timed out

It seems you have a 2-3 year old laptop with a GPU that isn't really fit for resource heavy games. And 7 days to die IS a resource heavy game because it uses voxels which taxes hardware a lot more than typical games which render polygons.

 

Press F8 while in the game. You will see the Frames per Seconds (FPS) displayed on the left side. If that number is consistently below 20 your hardware has a hard time playing the game (at the moment. Later alphas may improve the situation)

 

Ways to possibly improve the situation:

1) Don't play on servers with lots of mods

2) Play 4k maps or Navezgane

3) If your laptop still has a harddisk, replace it with an SSD.

I change 8G RAM to 16G.   It's ok now,There is no longer network timeout.
