The Monocle As A Rare Find

I think it would be cool if a monocle was available in the game as a type of eyewear.  It could be a lot rarer than the other types of eyewear but maybe it would raise all primary attributes by 1, not just a single one like existing eyewear.  Perhaps it would be most likely to be found in a high tier location (though maybe still very rare).  It also should be possible to put a dye in it like other clothing items to change the color.
