Losing base, chunks not loading, error 130

I must be some sort of a masochist to keep playing this game at times, I cannot get a game going without losing my base. First try, I had a base going, one I have built many times, I was out exploring and when I came back the base collapsed from the edge inwards. 3500+ hours, I know about structural integrity, yes there were plants on the roof, yes I was running some mods but I have been building this base for a few alphas now, it's a good solid strong base. So I started a new game, parked on top of a junk yard roof, yes I was running mods, I had a very basic wooden roof and a few storage boxes. I came back into the game, the base was gone except for one wall, not the one with the storage unfortunately. The POI had partially reset itself. So I stayed in that game and decided to experiment, removing mods, different base type and so on. I lost my base again and I was getting red popup errors saying something about type 130. Ok so I uninstalled the game, deleted all mods and save games, reinstalled the game and started a new game. The only thing mod-like about the game is I am using a nitrogen map. Immediately on entering I get a message about connections and unable to load stuff (see screenshot here: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197999889274/home/). WTF - what do I have to do. Any ideas because as it stands I can't play the game. Game version is 19.2 ahem stable.

Never add or remove mods in the middle of a game. It's like playing russian roulette with a Derringer.
