What are you even talking about? Also please check your grammar. I label my boxes based on it's contents and I don't see even the tiniest connection to steam or steam's big picture mode.

I have the following boxes:

- Weapons/Tools/Misc (Weapons, tools and miscellaneous items such as beakers or repair kits)
- Ammo (All manners of ammo)
- Brass (All items I can smelt down into brass)
- Iron (dito, also iron/steel ingots, pipes, etc)
- Lead
- Clay (Just clay)
- Stone (Stone, cobblestone, cement, concrete)
- Sand/Glass (Items that smelt into glass)
- Books/Schematics
- Trading (Money and anything I want to take along to the trader)
- Ingredients (Uncooked food items and food items that can be improved such as corn bread, sham, etc)
- Food/Drinks
- Chemicals (Gunpowder, Acid, Oil, Gas, Oil Shale, potassium, Moldy bread, Sham sandwich, rotten meat, aloe, grain alcohol, murky water and other such items)

- Crafting materials (feathers, grass, duct tape, cloth, cotton, wood, polymers, mechanical parts, electrical parts, etc)
- Building materials (frames/blocks, terrain blocks, furniture, etc)
- Parts/Mods (All manner of parts and mods)

Clothing I just sell/scrap as soon as I find it. Seeds I just plant straight away or throw them away.

I assume you can group your games in categories, shown as boxes in BigPictureMode in steam. (I'm not using BPM).

His question seems not having to do anything with 7d2d.

It has everything to do with 7d2d. I can't run big picture mode effectively for my game which I run through the 7d2d mod launcher, despite repeatedly trying to add it to STEAM and always get the "Failed to load Modlauncher" message for some reason. So I'm asking how else I can visually differentiate from box to box.

If you had just asked how to start mod launcher from inside steam and explained what you do and what happens, you would have got a lot less confused people and maybe a correct answer.

If I understand you correctly, you seem to have two problems: 1) mod launcher doesn't start and 2) its icon is the same as the game. Is that correct?

Info to Liesel: big picture mode is AFAIK a steam mode for using it on tv screens or fullscreen

Jep, that's what i understood by "big picture mode", too, but i don't get what this has to do with OPs problem. So i though, he may mean e.g. launching in full screen or whatever?

I believe his question is more about how the game says you have to be in Steam's Big Picture Mode to use the keyboard, so you can type in the name on the writeable storage containers. I no longer use BPM and can type as long as I use my mouse to click in the field  and not the controller.
