Vehicle turning with left analog stick (PC with PS4 controller)

Hi guys,

Is it normal that my mapping shows me that the right stick is for camera and the left for vehicle turning but in reality it's both mapped to my right stick?

Or am I the only one who needs to turn vehicles with the right stick and can't use the camera at that moment?

 

In the menu it shows as it should be the left stick for vehicle turning...
