List Mods at server select

I'd love the ability to see what mods are being used on a server before I join it.  Just something as simple as listing out the dir names in the mods directory, as a tab on the server options screen.  If it was a searchable text, so I could search for servers using a specific mod, that'd be even better, but obviously puts load on server search, which may be too much.
