Player keeps disconecting - log lines attached

Hello!

Ive got a player on my server that has some issues, as this is the only player that has any issues regarding connection/disconect, i was wondering where the issue is - as it doesnt seem to be the server.

This is the log lines when he is disconecting :

Note : Steamids have been replaced with SNIPPED and the username with NAME. The ids and names have been always the same in case that matters.

Anyone know whats the cause?

Does this player have a valid steam account and had really bought 7d2d or does he try to login into a server with some kind of cracked version?

 

k_EAuthSessionResponseAuthTicketCanceled may also have to do mit VAC (Valve Anti Cheat), maybe he has installed mods that break EAC or he already is on some ban lists?

Obviously i cant answer this question, as i am not sayd player.

Is there a way to find it out with the informations i "snipped"? Such as Steamid and username?

Don't know. Did you check if the steamid exists and maybe shows a profile? If his profile is public and also shows his owned games you may check if he owns 7d2d.

I asked her, she says she got a normal steam installation, the game is bought and started with steam too.

Also checked via vacbanned.com - good tip btw. The user is active since 2015, since 2020 with new nickname. Never had a ban or any so that seems quite leggit.

I checked the profile too, its not private and she got a astounishing 5.6k houres played^^

Any more clues?

EDIT : seen your first post been edited and asked about mods : Nope, she dont have any mods and never had any installed - too complicated for her xD

Hmm, does she only have problems on your server, but can join others or does she have the same problem on any server?

Yeah, she sayd that happens on every server. I wonder how the hell she played 5.6k houres with such issues and enjoying it still, must be hardcore 7 days fan lol

Maybe one of the last update failed and some files are corrupted now. That may also break EAC. Maybe it helps if she verifies her installation.

We have tryd that and there is no success, still those disconects seem to happen randomly to her.

If anyone has another tip/idea, it would be appreciated!
