What stacks in regards to bartering?

So there are a few different effects that affect the amount you buy and sell things from the trader.  I'm wondering which of these stack and which overwrite the others.  Here are the one's I can currently think of:

Better Bartering Rank 5 - 25%

Sugar Butts Candy - 10%

Pumpkin Cheesecake - 5% (buying)

Magnum Enforcer #4 - 5%

Cigar - 10%

Grandpa's Awesome Sauce - 20%

It feels like I'm missing one or two things but can't remember what they might be currently.  If they all stack then it's a 75%, which is a pretty hefty amount.

I'm my MP groups trader runner, and those are all the buffs I use.

They even add up ridiculously for small price point trading.  It's disgusting.  I'm sitting on 15 stacks of dukes in MP with 5 fergit its and enough building supplies to build the bellagio.  I haven't been able to accumulate this kinda cash since i was selling bikes back during A17Exp.

There becomes a point with all those buffs that money becomes nearly worthless because of how much you can get after a while.

Yeah after a certain point there really isn't that much to buy from the traders anymore.

We are still looking for solar cells, and afaik the trader is the only source for them.

I would start smelting the dukes down for brass but we already have a ton of it from exploring houses.  I would really like to see them add in something new to spend the money on.

Same here, we have a whole chest full of dukes and also enough brass from other sources.

Does there even come another special quest that leads to the next trader once you've reached level 5 quests? We explored only around one quarter of our 8k map. I haven't counted the missions we've done since then, but there seems to be no further quest that leads to the next trader? Sadly, because that is the main reason for exploring the map. Or maybe traders should hand out quests even more far away in later gamestages. Something that makes it worth exploring the map.
