kexes Posted September 12, 2020 Share Posted September 12, 2020 As title says, especially T5 quests have very small number of possible POI-s. In our RWG generated map 95% of our quests are targeted to the "Shotgun Messiah Factory" and the "Shamway Factory". Im not so excited to complete it for the 50th time ... Zombies are always spawn at the same locations, so there is really no unexpected situations in those buildings anymore. Having 770 hours in the game and i still love it, the new alpha version have some really nice (totally skipped A18 though) features and additions, i saw some new low and mid tier places but i just got bored from the high tiered quests related to always the same two POI-s. i dont know what is your plans for future expansions to the game world but i really hope you are planning to add more higher tier POIs for quest places like train / freight / bus stations, smaller or/and bigger airports, even shipyards to the edge of big waters, more varied residential / office buildings etc. There is almost endless of the possibilities Btw. However, that solution would require adding a lot of POIs which could take awhile. I think the easier solution is to reimagine the T5 quest so it can take place in more existing POIs. What about a T5 fetch that requires packages from multiple sources? What about a T5 clear where the POI comes under siege by a wandering horde while you're inside? For escorting i think they need to implement more AI behavior and algorithms, i think that only come after implementing the bandits (im really excited about them, gunfights yay :D). Everyone can send their own creations with backgroundstory and buildings, vehicles and the devs implement some of them straight to the game. What about start a thread here where everyone can post their tier 1-5 dungeon creations? In some weeks you have tons of very nice dungeons.
