And it looks like no, at least on parts of it. DF is an overhaul. Never assume any other mods will work along side an overhaul. From what little I can see it looks like vanilla perk(s) have been changed by DF so the mod can't find them. Same with some lootgroup names I'm guessing.

And just a guess, but you're trying to use this with DF, right? Probably things DF changes from vanilla that those mods are looking for.

The virus stuff can be taken out by deleting the XUi and XUi_Menu folders, and the buffs.xml, and entityclasses.xml files in the Config subfolder.

Never looked into it before.  I'll give it a once-over but I suspect it's baked into the models or something where I can't reach it.  I'm not familiar with unity yet.  I haven't noticed any lines referring to the item's names in any XML's I've edited, but I haven't been looking either.

I can remove the viruses and/or the powers that the screamer and fat zombies have though.  But as someone else mentioned, you can delete the buffs and entity classes.  Doing so, however, will cause you to miss out on other features such as heavier guns slowing down your movement or gun jams.

In the original thread, it was said that it'd be removed in an update.  We'd probably have to wait for that.

Forgive me if this has been asked but are the multi-scopes still present? Like using a red dot (for example) with a magnifying optic behind it and the sniper scopes where you can switch to the canted red dot on the side? Those were my favorite parts of the mod and one thing I wished was changed was those scopes, the visual vertical grips & better lights/lasers could be put on vanilla weapons. To ask a second question is that possible now?

 

EDIT: Can you also upload the file to another site, please? I can usually download from google docs fine (every other 7 days mod works fine right now) but the link to download your updated mod just keeps loading or something. Refreshing, re-opening, etc nothing works to see the download button.

2nd EDIT: Nevermind on that. Just wouldn't display in Chrome for some reason. For anyone else having the issue... it seems to work fine in Firefox.

Multi scopes are still in, and the second one is possible but outside of my skill range.  Might have to go to the  man himself: IvanDX.

is there a problem with the mnod on a sever because it dosnt load and is tuck on loading for over an 40min on local hosted it workes fine from the logs there is nothing wrong the oly difference is the dedicated server runs on linux and my pc on windows os any help is reqired and there is no mod conflict since there are no other mods installed both run on the same version and with all the other mods that are even bigger there is no such problem

I think this might be causing some of us having stuck at the Creating Player stage when logging in. I tried it in our server and every time I log out with a weapon from the mod, next time I log in, I'm stuck in Creating Player and the error message like above shows. It doesn't show in the game console but it's in the logs.

 

I did, however remove some xml files as well as some lines so that it will only add the Weapons and not the other items like blocks. The only files I have right now are:

 

\Config

  items.xml

  item_modifiers.xml

  loot.xml

  progression.xml

  recipes.xml

  sounds.xml

  traders.xml

  Localization.txt

\Resources

\UiAtlases

 

We can use the weapons no problem, we can also get them as loots and craft them but I'm just wondering if this error is normal and our Creating Player issue is caused by something else because this is the only error like message that I see in our logs.

Try installing it by itself and testing it in SP.  I imagine this is some conflict but I'm not going to work on compatibility patches if it is.  I can also only test this for SP as that's all I have access to.  No server for me to troubleshoot with.  So if you get errors playing this in SP, let me know.
