It's not necessary but it would be cool to be able to recycle the metal. - One thing that annoys me a lot with the bicycle (not sure it happens with the other two-wheelers) when you hop off it, the bike ALWAYS ends up between you and the direction you've been looking at. Sometimes you glitch over it and get stuck or flung around or fall and hurt yourself. I'm hoping for a change so that when you hop off the bike you have it behind you where ever it is you look. - This is probably too crazy but it would be awesome if we could swing a club from the bike - And taking it one step further it would be hillarious if we could use spears like a lance and joust between other players and being pushed off the bike from solid hits. Boidster Posted January 18, 2020 Share Posted January 18, 2020 I think that when dismounting the bike (or any of the 2-wheeled vehicles; unsure about 4x4) you end up on the left side of the bike, facing across the bike seat, independent of whichever way you were driving or looking. That is, if you were riding north and dismounted, you would end up on the west side of the bike, facing east. Even if you were looking (not driving) west at the time you dismounted, you still would end up with the bike facing north, and you on the west side of the bike facing east. ^^ traveling this way || YOU-- || --looking this way-> || bike I have taken to always stopping the bike so that <thing I want to examine> is on the right side of the bike when I stop. So when I dismount I am still looking right at it (though I must walk around the bike to get to it). Your suggestion on this is a good one. When we dismount it's fine if we're on the left side of the bike, but we should be facing the direction we were looking when we dismounted (which might be different from our direction of travel).
