razorboi
Hello Survivors Now I am an admin on a server and we like to watch other players while they play, and like to spice it up a bit when things are slow. We try to make it as natural as possible. We can spawn a wandering horde, but sometimes that’s too many zombies, and if I spawn a zombie to a player, it appears right next to them. Is there a way to set maybe a distance that a zombie will spawn so it’s not right up on them? When they just spawn next to them they kinda know it’s spawned in. SylenThunder
With the Vanilla tools, no. With a 3rd party API mod, yes. I use CPM on my servers, and with it there is a command to spawn a horde at a player or players with a number of zeds I specify. They will approach the player from a random direction similar to how a wandering horde would.

SylenThunder
CPM is an API mod that works well alongside CSMM. Here's a link. https://docs.csmm.app/en/cpm/
