What are your plans for A19? (Base design, what biome you'll settle in, what build you'll mostly be focusing on in your first world, etc.)

Great question!!!

For SP I will most likely play 1 of 2 ways.

1) Replay my favorite build Perception / Intelligence and see how far I can go horde night wise. (build my own horde base) Navezgane.

2) Play nomad and do horde nights from POIs (Agility or Strength build). RWG Game.

For our dediated MP server we will probably load up a RWG 8k Map, and play with blood moon nights turned off during normal play (back on for schedule dates) but crank the difficulty higher.

To have the best of it. And we all will.

Haven`t think of particular design tbh , I build a lot. Usually till day 3-4, I put my stuff in a 5x4 shed in a forest biome, since we are spawned there and all I do is go for resources, food, and ammo. After I have a bicycle I just get the MOST important with me, mark the rest on the map and go exploring and discovering, no matter the biome. If I find a cool place to build I start from a small shed again, to once to be a more than 200x150 base in A14. Wanna build a base in a mountain as usual, but depends what world I will spawn in.

Gonna be a melee build probably, but with so many new weapons who knows.

In A18 I have two worlds now, one in forest and one in wasteland (both melee mostly, warrior and insane difficulty).

One of the things I will do in A19 for sure, though, is build a horde base in deep wasteland. A base in every other biome is acceptable. Burnt forest as we saw it today looks gorgeous, why not there :)

That was a good question that I can answer in many ways, thanks btw, if more people can give a glimpse at their plans, too, go on guys.

What are your plans ?

@Laz Man

Finishing TWD prison POIs is not on your plate? Can't say I am surprised.😛 Probably I'm gonna start with a classic hardcore survival playthrough followed by a photo safari to take some nice screenshots of the new lightning for my desktop background.^^

Haha.....burrrrrrn.  The prison of course will receive an A19 block and decoration update.  I have plans to incorporate it into my overhaul <censored>.

Like your new forum title btw.... 😎

Very cool, thanks for the share!

I plan on taking heavy inspiration from one of Madmole's bases for my initial compound. ("Castle Madmole.") It'll start with a simply 9x9 or 7x7 tower with me shooting down, but by the third horde or so I'll carve out a doorway and insert a vault door on the bottom floor, where I'll be holding the zombies back. If they overwhelm me there, I'll fall back to the second floor and exit through another vault door. Between that tower and another similar tower will be a bridge, and the design will repeat, maybe with some variation. I'll be going strength (clubs and shotguns) in that world.

For end-game in that playthrough, my final design involves a concentrate location with a wall of vault hatches, and with trenches funneling the zombies to that location. Example:

Following that world, I'll either move onto Fortitude or Perception. For my first world I'll be settling in the forest biome, but in my next run I plan on doing a little more roleplay, perhaps settling in the newly reimagined burnt forest biome.

Right there

If you can add some sort of electric fence posts embeded in walls and make them dance is cool, but what if a demolisher or four get into this small  area.

I like that challenge in so many ways. A symmetrical base with 4 entrances, such as this kind and lets see what they will do to us. It is always great.

Thankfully duplicating vehicles has been fixed in A19... I loaded up my motorcycle with all of my sellables and over 200,000 coin, I drove over to the trader, and then when I got off my bike, it was gone. I ran back to my house, and it was sitting beside my base... empty. I repeated this same process over 6 times now. My motorcycle is toast, basically. 😕

Have you EVER, in that playthrough, had multiple motorcycles? Because, if you lost one earlier that was empty, and now find an empty one in the wrong place, the empty one might be the original empty one, not your fully loaded motorcycle getting emptied. I bet the one with full storage is still somewhere. Best wishes good luck.

Also, could you have arrived early at the trader, and gotten teleported away from the wall when you got off the bike? because when that happens the bike does not go with you, and it's very disorienting.

Heh, well I'm glad it worked itself out. I was trying to be optimistic for you because, in my experience, it seems like most of the time they do come back. After causing a bit of a panic.

just PLAY! destroy! EXPLORE! EAT CANDY! and beat zombies heads in!

Eating candy is a worthy goal, I shall adopt it as well.

I'm curious, what are your thoughts on the design of the auto shotgun?

Yeah, it was definitely a lot more bulky than I expected. Like I said earlier, I  basically just assumed it would be an AA-12 since it's what essentially every game uses for the automatic shotgun, but I found it fine over all. Looked more like a Borderlands gun than I expected, I'm not sure what RL gun it's based on

The vehicle glitches got ten times weirder than that. Me and a friend were flying Gyrocopters and I ran into him to try and boop him out of the air, and it instantly put the game in a load screen. When it finished loading we were across the map on motorcycles, in a town we had been in like 5 real life hours earlier.

Only thing I could figure was it registered the last time me and him had bumped into each other on our motorcycles, and when we collided hours later on Gyrocopters it took us back to the last time we had triggered vehicle collision physics.

Was super weird, we got two free motorcycles out of it  that were exact clones of the bikes we had at the time, and after driving 15+ minutes back to where we were flying, our Gyrocopters were crashed on the ground like we'd just teleported out and they fell
