Is there a way to remove an indestructible block.....like if someone misplaced it :p

 

Use the special wrench to upgrade it to the haybale then pick it up.... as for modlets yeah that will take time as theres quite a few...

Just loaded up every Modlet in the same folder & 0 errors so not sure what your talking about ? If you find an error that doesnt happen on load & ISNT a conflict with another Modlet then let me know so I can fix it, Saying there not working is about as helpful as a chocolate fireguard lol

Any idea why i get these errors loading up the game?[ATTACH=CONFIG]30859[/ATTACH] I realize only one is from your mod of course.

 

Need to download jaxs working microwaves or copy every thing in the localization-quest.txt and place in the localization.txt and remove the localization-quest.txt since tfp removed that 1 and combined it with the localization.txt

That doesn't really explain why the Zombie Hand Adjustment mod gives an error as well. There is no localization quest file for that one. Same goes for the Pickup mod and the Find Bicycles mod. They don't even have localization files.

Did some of the fixes you mentioned and the game loaded up without errors this time so fingers crossed. Thanks for the help stallionsden.

Ive noticed 1 or 2 slight issues with the hand meele part too.. theres 2 that cause an ignored NRE but finding it i havent done yet... since 18.2 b5 ive also noticed reflex sight are off slightly too & will get round to that also

That doesn't really explain why the Zombie Hand Adjustment mod gives an error as well. There is no localization quest file for that one. Same goes for the Pickup mod and the Find Bicycles mod. They don't even have localization files.

Sometimes fixing that first error can fix the rest cause that error stops the process. Other times not so lucky lol but good luck

Any way you can upload your updates elsewhere? The taza hatchet is just ridiculously op atm and trying to remove it manually is a pain in the ass so i'm kinda hoping you've rebalanced it to a point where it doesn't make everything else obsolete.

let's clarify the subject:

Did you make the modlet? no

Did you ask to modify it and share it on your page? no

 

Just because you put the rights of others in the code or page do you think is correct what you are doing?

even the modlet name has been changed, whatever you want me to think ...

 

I've been watching a lot of other people's work lately, but since I don't know they gave them permission, I don't say anything.

Now from my work I know that I did not give permission, it is in your awareness whether or not you remove the modlet of your page.

From what ive seen on the Forums the Rule to follow as far as I was aware was any Model that was Bought stated so in the XML, Back at Alpha 17.1 when the patch came out I was already using your original Modlet which got Broke & wasnt updated for some time as there was a few asking if you could.. In order for my server to keep running I had only 2 choices, Either remove the mod loosing everything that was contained within them (not just me but 15 others on the server) Or edit it & give credit which I did.. At no point was it meant to annoy anyone as ive never seen anyone loose it over someone sharing a model file so long as credit was given... anyway I edited the file & uploaded it so nothing broke..

 

Ive removed your mod & made my own to replace it & removed the original readme.txt giving you all the credit for your original model..

 

As for others using Mods be it part or models or out else ive seen plenty of this myself but havent felt the need to to rant off about it as 90% of every modlet on here was someone learning from someone else..

I will not feed this discussion anymore, I just did not find correct what you did. Having mod on a server is one thing, changing it and sharing with the whole community is another.

Alfacinha is correct in that the modding policy specifies that "[a]ll files uploaded should have been created by the uploader or used with permission from the original author of the content before uploading the file." Giving the original author credit, and checking if they used purchased assets, are important and appreciated. But asking permission first is part of the deal, too, and should be seen as a standard courtesy in my view.

 

I think removing Alfacinha's work from this mod adequately resolves the issue. I'll delete the posts about Tallon vs. War3zuk so it doesn't clutter the thread moving forward (TL;DR was, they're the same person).

It was My Bad.... It was also non intentional as I always give credit, I placed 2 readmes & credited the code inside the modlet.. I totally forgot when uploading it so I didnt loose it & was purely a mistake & as said Not intentional , But yeah I removed it & made my own & in all honesty the only reason I didnt make my own was because the modlet served a purpose & was made well..

Truck Elevator ReadMe: You cant Govern were you stop without using DMT which breaks EAC so what ive done is make 2 versions that will auto stop at the distance of 5 Blocks & 10 Blocks, This atleast gives you the ability to raise the Truck or player to that level abit like an Elevator.. Please help we can't get the mod to run

 

We downloaded the zip files from here: https://7daystodiemods.com/alpha-18-mods/war3zuk-tallon-mods-all-in-one/

Opened the zip file. Copied all. Opened Local Files. Pasted All. (Was not asked to overwrite any files just FYI).

We are playing by clicking Play in Steam. But NONE of the modlets in the list on https://7daystodiemods.com/alpha-18-mods/war3zuk-tallon-mods-all-in-one/ are running when we run the game. In the beginning there is no class option. Backpack is still small. Nothing is different. Where did we go wrong? We are running Alpha 18.3 B5. Should we be on an older version?

Hi

 

The Truck Elevator mod is brilliant, but I wondered if you could make one that dropped 30 blocks and if not much trouble extend the size to be 5 wide and 7 long, so that a BRDM 2 will fit on it, or even 10 long so that 2 powered steel garage doors can close over the hole when it descends

That isnt anything to do with these forums, It links to Github I assume so on downloading you open up the Rar & drag the Modlet folder to the Mods folder thats in your main games directory....

 

As for the Truck elevator it can be done its just if & when I have time....

the problem may be in recipes.xml where it says craft time has very separate the number "5" (put it together) and, in items.xml mark that is unlocked by scheme, I think it is necessary to add the perkYeahScience that says in the progression.xml.
