Darehitorimo
Hi guys, me and my friends ask ourselves if a claimed prefab building can get reset back to it's original state if someone starts a quest, that could be in this claimed building. So does anyone have any informations about this? Experiences? Thanks for answering, Darehitorimo
RipClaw
The presence of a sleeping bag or a landclaim block should prevent the quest from being started. If you are unsure, you can claim a POI where no quests take place. The Ranger Station is very popular. Until I built my own base I also had my temporary base in a Ranger Station. meganoth
In a co-op game one simple way is to just not to start the quest if it is in your own building. On open servers, well, there is an additional risk in A17.4 because a bug seems to make bedrolls forget the player connection upon game restart and you obviously can't depend on the restraint of other players. SylenThunder
The internal command that gets run to reset a POI checks for the presence of an LCB, and will not reset it if one exists. However, LCB's are buggy as hell, and aren't always active like they should be. As a general rule, you shouldn't be using POI's as bases.
