Cheap imported knockoff steel tools, you say? Then it might be useful for an apocalypse survivor to learn how to make those... Maybe it won't take as long to learn. This means the cold weather was doing it works on the contents. Some rust or mold getting into the handles and tool heads, which means you can't attach so many mods to them Who knows how long they were there before i came... Sloppy traders...
