Kattla Posted January 5, 2019 Share Posted January 5, 2019 Is it possible to make the game use different set of xml files for each level of difficulty? Then each level of difficulty could be like playing a new game. It would take quite a bit of work balancing each difficulty level, but to me, which is no expert on xml's , it sounds simpler. IE: Lower difficulty could be more forgiving, and even exclude some elements which are gamestage related, like radiated cops and feral sleepers. Medium/normal would be like it is today , and balanced more toward builders. And hard could be made really hard instead of just more zombie hp. Think reduced poi amount, food spoilage, long zombie detection range etc. And less options in the higher difficulty. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
