Anyone know if it is "locked" behind some tier of skill before it gets added to the loot table or am I just having my normal terrible luck. I have hit every Shotgun Messiah and Bookstore on my map several times but still have yet to find it. Thanks in advance for any suggestions * (UPDATE) Not 1 hour after posting, I swung into a Shotgun Messiah I hadn't visited in over a week and found 2 8X scopes in 2 separate crates.
