Where is it determined that the effective hp of doors are lower than actual hp?

 

I'd like to create a modlet, but I would need to know where pathing priorities of doors and such are determined. I would like, specifically, to make traps be viewed with reduced hp in the same manner that doors are (perhaps even lower than doors, like 1/8th of their hp value).

 

I haven't seen anything obvious in the xmls yet for this priority difference, but it's also a lot to look through.
