I guess you need the Desktop Version. Try the ".NET Desktop Runtime" from this site: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet/5.0

Tested this Tool with a Mod, 'Steel Ammo' by KhainGB. Works fine and i'm happy with it. But since v2.1 the Translation Tool lost the last line from the Keys-List when saving the translation. First load and save: Second load and save: Third load:
