What I can to do? Regenerate the world and start from beginning?

Hi. The last experimental version for 19.5 has broke cardboard boxes. They're disappears after opening and there is a lot of things in it: hundreds of steel covers, coal, wooden planks, acid bottles and so on. Reinstalling of the game didn't solve the problem.
