My first quest to meet a trader took me to Trader Jen, and I cannot talk to her at all. I cannot complete the quest, nor use her as a trader. EDIT: I started a new game and rushed to the trader to confirm it was just Jen, but it was not. I cannot speak to trader Hugh either and I know people can talk to him. I will investigate the issue but if anyone here knows why I cannot speak to them I would appreciate the help. I will edit this post when I resolve the issue.
