I was about to make a post about some sort of auto sorter machine. Take this heart! Also a crafting network from a computer workbench is an incredible idea.

All of the other resources are farmable, but this egg thing. I fully believe if I were thrust into a post apocalyptic state and could figure out all these other particulars, I could definitely have chickens.
