  1. Our lives are not long enough for games anymore , back at the old days you knew nothing and boom a game comes out . Now you get informed every single day that the thing that you will enjoy at the future . . . . . . you maybe dead until then 😛
  2. My friend , in real life you can survive 30 to 40 days without food , but without water you die in a couple of days .
  3. Does it , wow i didn't know that , nice call.Cheers
  4. I wanted several times to post an image , for a bug report or for whatever. But the image i post is showing as link and i needs to be clicked to be shown , as i see others that show up straight away. How can i do that also . Thx for the help in advance.
  5. It's not i think the ''why'' factor , it is the attention i want the devs to have on things to fix them , it is just something that needs fixing
  6. It's confirmed , i don't know what i have done but yesterday i packed Nitrate for the first time and it gave me 18000xp. Even if it is a book that i read it is still way off balance. OOHH first try it was at the latest stable version and yesterday i moved to 19.4 b3 and i've done it with Nitrate.
  7. Try different material and you are good for another ride.
  8. Dunno , needs fixing. I reported it at the bug section.
  9. The exp. given everytime is less but it is going so slow that at the end you are a couple of levels up . PLUS different material starts the whole thing all over again .
  10. Yes i've seen it myself , they are just chilling and after you shoot them they become more aggressive ( not talking about the sleepers ) . These are the ones that have always their eyes glowing and they need more beating up to die and these are the ferals. Dunno really maybe you can't make these guys walk .
  11. So last night i was meshing with my chests , to make some room and organize a bit my stuff. I had stacks of 6000 materials like rocks , wood etc. So when i tried to pack a 6000 stack when i did it , it gave me 18000xp , then i started packing all the materials that were able to get packed/stacked or whatever this called and do it over and over and over . . . . pack , unpack , pack , unpack and from 40 level i got into 42 level in 2 minutes . Then i stopped because this was way to silly for me , i think this needs fixing , packing/stacking staff it is something that should not give exp AT ALL .
  12. I think you need to provide more information , when this happens ? It happens randomly or at a specific time/situation? After that the world still ''lives'' or it freezes ? Do other buttons work , like Esc ? In creative mode or as an editor , i found my self hitting some buttons that change these things like the character does not move but i see a cursor moving , or all together it stops moving , do you play in creative mod ?
  13. I think it's when some zombies are feral , this zombies run even at day time .
  14. READ THIS IF YOU STILL TRYING: Link to y post : https://community.7daystodie.com/topic/23356-i-see-a-lot-of-talking-about-food/
  15. So i've come across many threats and discussions all over the internet about how hard is to keep looking for food in 7 days . So far i haven't came across this problem at all and i will just share my way of having always food , and i'm playing on nightmare . 1) The snow biome . It has so many animals i literally go there for a few in-game hours and i come back with stacks of meat. Even better when i got my first turret i would just lure them to my turret with a safe spot for me to stand and a bunch of wood spikes around , it's a walk in the park. 2) I always look down for nests at where ever i go instead of just looking straight up like a fool. I keep the eggs i found till i go to my base to boil them and they are the same as grilled steaks. 3) At some point it is easy to make your own canned sham , it fills you up alot and it gives you a fair amount of health points . 4) I always turn my boiled water to red tea , it is super easy and not only it is more hydrating but it is also giving you that efficient digestion buff to replenish your stamina, with less food consumption. 5) I try to not always run like crazy all the time even in my base going from the workbench to a chest which is like 2 meters , and i don't jump for no reason. All these require stamina and stamina loss equals need for more food. 6) Meat and eggs are the most common food , make your self bacon and eggs . 7) I always use light armor , and i put heavy on only when it is time to protect my base from the horde at blood moons. 8 ) Farm your own food at your base , why ppl avoid these things so much. Anyways i hope some will find this usefull . Cheers OH ALSO DROP ANY OTHER IDEAS THAT YOU MAY HAVE ~
  16. Tell me your specs of your system if you want . Is it a laptop or a desktop ? And tell me what else do you keep running except 7d2d at the moment you start the game .
  17. That skirt will help the situation when the time comes to S**t all this Sham.
  18. I've seen this but once the zombies manage to do some damage to the structure they see that this is the weakest point now and they do not change their decision . I usually have a base integrated into the main base double iron bars and both bases have doors , if you dig a trench that leads them to the first and outer door they will all go for that door , BUT if you close the second inner door they don't see a path towards you and they start hitting random stuff. Just a hint.
  19. I have not read all the posts so i'm going straight for my thing . Stamina consumption is making you hungry . 1) Don't run all the time even if you want to move for like 2 meters . 2) Make red tea for the efficient digestion it is super easy , instead on drinking water. 3) The Snow biome is full of bears/tigers/wolfs/chickens/rabbits , i always leave with a truck of meat from there. 4) Always check the birds nests and boil the eggs you find . 5) Farm 6) Use vehicles to move around , 0 stamina loss. 7) Put pocket mods at your wearing's so your character does not struggle so much with a full inventory . 😎 I personally never wear heavy armor , only light , that also helps . Hope this a bit helpful . Cheers.
  20. Cheers guys , yes i did last time when i went for the stable version but it kept loading me in the map but straight vanilla , all my structures where gone . I kept trying to load again a fresh copy of my back up but the same thing was happening , but never mind , the game is so good i could start over again for the third time xD
  21. I know , but it is easily avoidable . i mean you can take him out without detonating his inner explosive . I imagined a melee siege/tank that will have a large HP pool.
  22. Hey madmole , grads for the most serious game out there . I always had this in my back of my mind to see zombies overcome the defenses of my base , it seems that you can build really durable stuff in comparison to zombies powers (and even repair them on the fly with just 1 move with the claw hammer ) , is there a possibility to have a siege/tank zombie that spawns not that often but it will specialize in destroying structures or something similar ?
  23. I want to see enemies to be able to actually do significant damage to structures , it seems that a good base is a bit to powerfull in comparison with zombies abilities . Like have a siege/tank zombie that spawns not that frequently and he is really into breakings in bases ? Just added my idea in , sry if it is not relavent to yours.
  24. Last update to stable my saves where lost is it safe now to do it ? Thx again , i always find you in my posts , cheers m8.
