  1. Officially supported number of players: 1-8.
  2. The horde of the 35th day has just ended. 60 minutes of the game day. 35 hours in A21. Single player game. 25% experience, 25% loot. At the moment: Forge + Anvil + Bellows + Crucible Workbench Chemical Laboratory Concrete Mixer 9 dew collectors 1500 7.62 and 2200 9 mm AK 47 2lvl + 2lvl pistol + 3lvl Digl + 3lvl double-barreled shotgun Hundreds and thousands of units of various resources Trader Jan. Completed Level 3 tasks Trader Joel. Completed Level 3 tasks Trader Bob. Completed Level 2 tasks Trader Hue completed the tasks of the 1st level I still ride my bike. Before opening the first spare part of the mini-bike, you will need 1 store. I won't get it soon. There are few of them on sale. In loot, they do not fall out at all. This is probably my only problem at the moment. A big problem with personal transport. I understand that I'm playing on non-standard settings, but in A20 with 25% experience and 25% loot, I got a mini bike on the 26th day.
  3. A new record! The game and the developers deserve it.
  4. In fact, I agree with that. After a thousand hours, it's very difficult to surprise me with something. I no longer get that wow effect as at the very beginning. And I am biased towards every new update. Therefore, despite the fact that I do not agree with everything that developers do, I support them.
  5. I am atively following the forum, but I will not participate in this survey for two reasons. 1. I haven't played with LBD 2. Too few people will vote. Right now, about 50 thousand people are playing on steam at the same time. More than 100 thousand people can play the game during the day. 100-200-300 votes in the poll won't tell you what the majority thinks.
  6. Such surveys need to be conducted on Steam or on the game's start screen to get maximum coverage. A few hundred people from the forum is not an indicator.
  7. The 12th day. 60 minutes a day. 25% experience, 25% loot. Unfortunately, my stone age ended very quickly. The first level of tasks for two sellers is completed. I have a blacksmith shop, two dew pickers, firearms and a lot of ammunition. Lots of bullets. For 3 tasks of the first level, I received 300 9-millimeter cartridges. For the other two quests, I got 10 glue each. The rewards for completing tasks are too good. I was hoping that the trader's level would depend on the % experience setting.
  8. It's not fun, it's survival. You can have fun if you disable zombies and activate creative mode.
  9. The problem of poor indoor lighting arose in the A20. Even then, after half an hour of playing, my eyes started to hurt. The problem was solved with the help of a mod that returned the same level of lighting outside and inside. Now A21, and the problem is relevant again. Until the flashlight is detected, my eyes will suffer. Unfortunately, the modification from the A20 did not fit the A21. Of the options for realism or comfort for the eyes, I would choose the second option. There is another problem, and it is especially noticeable on YouTube. As he started compressing the video more, all the dark areas on the video turned into squares, regardless of the bitrate of the original video.
  10. I decided not to rush anywhere. I'm betting 25% experience and 25% loot. Day 60 minutes. At night I study changes in perks and crafting. The 4th day has come. I have problems with water, with food, with stamina, with resources. The horde will come in 3 days. I don't even have 100 arrows. Panic! I feel extremely uncomfortable, and I like it!
  11. If I understood everything correctly, the difference between CST and Sydney (Australia) is 16 hours. June 12, 12:00 PM CST = June 13, 04:00 AM Sydney (Australia)
  12. I don't go back to the same poi twice because I'm used to collecting everything I need at once. It takes me longer for each poi, but at the end of the week my "warehouse" is evenly filled with almost all the necessary resources. Therefore, when I want to craft something, there is a 90% chance that I have the resources to do it on the base. In addition, on the way to poi, I try to disassemble cars so that there is always a supply of electronics and fuel. This style of play allows me not to devote whole days to mining iron, stones and other important resources. Of course, this has its drawbacks. I visit far fewer pois than I would if I were collecting only the main loot.
  13. When I first started playing in the summer of 2020 and was studying the settings for creating one of the first worlds, I saw the item "loot rebirth". I was very surprised and started figuring out how to re-collect loot from the same buildings in the apocalypse. Are they really little gnomes who put everything in its place at night? Maybe a caring aunt? Zombies? The government? UFOs? In any case, since then I have always limited the revival of loot. I like to explore, travel and build many bases in different biomes while surviving. The territory is "cleared", there are no more zombies and there are no more resources, it's time to move on to survive. This may be necessary for servers. But even if there are 32 players on the server, I doubt they will collect all the loot from all the buildings on even the smallest RWG 6k map before they get tired of this survival. Perhaps it is laziness and unwillingness to explore the world. It is very strange for me to come to the same poi as to the store. This is not why the developers have created more than 600 unique buildings for us.
  14. I think, as always, there will be a warning that you may encounter some problems if you start on EXP and continue on Stable, but when playing A19 and A20, I started to survive right away and did not encounter any problems. It always seemed to me that the balance is adjusted based on standard settings. This allows you to increase the difficulty for those who find it easy, and reduce it for those who find it too difficult. To be honest, I haven't seen a any stream with standard settings. Maybe I haven't looked closely enough, I don't rule it out. The fact is that experienced players will start with more complex settings anyway, and if it is difficult for them at the same time, it means that the team did everything right.
  15. The sound when the character drinks from a water source is also a bit strange.
  16. Navezgane gets updates every alpha. Roads are changing, the landscape is moving, new pois are being updated and added, some of which are unique and available only on this map. Due to the fact that you know the main roads, you don't have to use the map and this adds immersion. After all, a naked man with a PDA and working navigation looks strange. Single poi in the forest/desert/wasteland or small towns of 10-15 houses are much more atmospheric than concrete jungles with hundreds of houses. I'm tired of big cities in the A20 for one survival and now I prefer to stay away from them. I would prefer 5-7 manually created maps like Navezgane instead of hundreds of RWG clones. The hope is that A21 and future updates will add interest to the generation of maps. Is it possible to support your own maps of biomes, water and heights?
  17. Is it correct to say that the ready-made graphic presets "ultra, high, medium, low" are stable combinations of settings and it is better to use them than to try to change the settings manually? Will the game run less smoothly if some settings are left at a high level and others are low or disabled?
  18. Choose 3,4 🤔 10,11 🙃 17,18 24,25 You have a 24% chance to guess the date. (I left a 4% chance that it's not June.)
  19. Perhaps TFP should hire you for 1 month and give you a task that you will have to complete within the specified time frame. What do you say if you don't have enough time? You will name objective reasons. In response, you will be informed that you deliberately slowed down the task.
  20. I'm not sure if these changes will ever be added to the main game, but you can get what you want with two modifications. Here is the topic on the forum: Here is the name of the modifications you need: This is how dark nights with a mod look like:
  21. There is a development plan, and several development teams are working on the game in parallel. Some things can't be done before others. Therefore, updating the old and adding a new one does not happen smoothly and gradually. You can spend a year on some things, but you won't see any visual changes in the game because all the magic happens behind the screen. Players are used to evaluating only major changes, and everything else is not considered important. But something big is always built from little things. The original game remains neutral, creating opportunities for modding. Deeper detailing of some specific directions in the game is the task of the community. The developers give us a base for mods and a ready-made understandable game for beginners. An experienced player sooner or later starts using modifications, because he no longer has enough of what the original game offers. Therefore, it is better to send all requests for adding additional vehicles, weapons, crafting and other things to the creators of modifications.
  22. Usually there are enough POIs of 1-3 levels in the city so that they do not repeat. The problem is that the maximum radius is set for quests in which the search for a suitable POI is performed, so that the player does not have to run 1 km on foot from the merchant to the task of the first level. If we increase the radius, we can get more choices. If we exclude POIs from the list after completing the task, we will not receive repetitions. In order not to worry about the distance for entry-level quests, I would give out a bike as a reward for the initial quest.
  23. And that's good. Because otherwise we would have received an atmosphere of comments on YouTube
  24. This game has a heavy load on everything, so making it easier to draw frames in any way will benefit. The question is whether TFP will be able to expand the plans and add to the list for the implementation of FSR. How long will it take and how long will it delay the release of a future update. A22 or later?
  25. Given that it can take from an hour to a week to fix one error, it is not possible to name the exact release date.
