No, Did you start a new game? I've continued from 21 unstable. Did you validate your files? Yes (today) Are you using any mods? No EAC on or off? On, I think? Status: NEW Bug Description: Level 2 weapons / tools had 2 mod slots instead of 1 since I've started new game with Alpha 21 unstable. 4 mod slots on Lever Action Rifle Lvl 4 is new (it was a quest reward), same with Padded Boots Lvl 6 and 3 mod slots and Wrench Lvl 6 with also 3 mod slots. I have no idea how to reproduce it, but I've noticed Lvl 6 items with 3 mod slots after getting LAR Lvl 4 from Trader (Quest Reward).
