I just started having this issue with a19 but don't want to got back to a18 lol. I can say that it generally happens when I am travelling faster. If I am walking around I usually don't have it happen. The problems will start arising once I get a bike or any other transportation. It's always fixed after I exit and reload the game. I thought it might be related to nitrogen generated worlds so I've stopped using them but I still have the issue. Did full uninstall (even manually deleted leftover files) and reinstall and just as others reported it did not help. I'm running gtx 1060 and 16 gb ram
